Alright, officially in pain. My legs are like jello! 

Monday: Total Body Work-Out:: SUCCESS!

Going to do more later, because I feel like a slacker. It shocks me more and more when I work out, how out of breathe I become, and I really feel like my poses aren’t right. Anyway. 

Tuesday: Upper Body & Back! 

Wednesday: Abs & Obliques! 

Thursday: Lower Body!

Friday: Mix It Up! 

Saturday: Cardio! 

Sunday: Rest!!! 

I’m really glad I found this, Blogilates has truly become an inspiration for me. I have been trying really hard to find something I can relate to and this is definitely it. I have a goal to open my own “Nutritional Facility”, I guess is what they would call it. And for the past couple years, I’ve let being young and having fun take over my life. I made this move, for a reason, not to continue down the path I was on… but to grow and achieve. And that’s exactly what I’m going to do. It all starts today! 

I really wish it wasn’t raining outside, I would love to go walk! I really need to look into better work-out music, and get some good playlists going on my phone. I’ll let you know what I find.
